Western and English riding

You always get a lot of questions about whats the difference between western and english riding.
Since I ride both I think I can answer that question cuite good.

In Western riding you:

* Have long reins all the thime. (maby sometimes you have shorter reins)
* You use concession all the time, for example you stop with the pressure on some point of the horse when it does what it soppouse to.
* You're not suppouse to use the reins a lot only for small signals.
* you use your weight and your legs, most.
Thats the basics.

Me and Jonte.

In English riding you:
* Have short reins. And allways have contact with the horse mouth.
*  Mostly only in higher classes you use "concession" .
* You're soppouse to use your seat and legs more than the reins, but its often learned in the other way around.
Thats the basic.

I'm riding on Solino on a riding camp
PS:( a really really bad camp) Don't go to it. The name of it is Rocklösa gård.
                                                                                                           Concession = eftergift

I think I prefer western riding because I think its mutch better and cinder to the horse.

Home once again

Hello, now I´m home from my riding camp.
It wasn´t a great camp no, no.
But fun.
It was onlygood and fun because of the lovely people that olso was there.

Here comes the bad stuff:

* In the medows there was alot of dangerous stuff that the horses could hurt themselves on. Including a swing ( a big car tire ), and the fence was to low the horses could practicly walk over it.
* The riding instructor I bet wasn´t  a edjucated riding instructor, She was apparently a "mushroom "thing"".
* She didn't take care of the horses at all. Some could barely walk.
* the food was discusting, she ( the owner of the stable) licked her fingers wile she made the food without waching her hands.
And lots of other things.

Don't go to Rocklösa gård!
